Can I sell a custom-built computer?
Send a full parts list and clear photos so we can check eligibility. We assess selected complete working systems based on specifications, condition and demand.
Should I include my monitor?
Tell us whether a monitor, keyboard or other peripherals are part of the sale. We will confirm which items can be assessed.
What should I do with my files?
Back up anything you want to keep and be ready to remove personal data and account locks before completing the sale. Never send us passwords.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
