Which phones do you buy?
We assess selected working iPhones and Android phones. Send the exact model, storage and condition on WhatsApp so we can confirm eligibility.
Can I sell more than one phone?
Send the model, storage and photos for each phone. We assess every device individually and confirm the final offer after inspection.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
