Can I sell a console with controllers?
Yes. List the console, controllers and accessories included. Each item must be working and undamaged; eligibility depends on the model and condition.
Do you buy consoles with controller drift?
We do not buy damaged, broken or faulty devices. Tell us about any issues before visiting so the team can explain whether other working items in your bundle qualify.
What happens to my console account?
Back up anything you need and be ready to remove your accounts and personal data before completing the sale. Never share account passwords with us.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
