What if my device is not listed?
Send the brand, exact model, condition and photos on WhatsApp. We will check whether it is a type of item we currently buy; listing it is not a guarantee of acceptance.
Do you buy damaged electronics for parts?
No. We do not buy damaged, broken or faulty devices. Please contact us only about working items suitable for resale.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
