Return & Refund 

a)    If the item is not shipped and buyer cancelled the item due to change of mind or similar sort, we will charge 2.6% surcharge, which is the PayPal transaction fee and will directly go towards PayPal new cancellation policy.  For more information, please refer to PayPal cancellation policy at:

b)    If we had, by our description or representation of a lot, misled you and a physical inspection of the goods was not permitted or would not have revealed true nature of the goods, ordered products may be returned. 

c)     Goods purchased at auctions may not be returned or not covered by seller?s warranty policy.

d)    If you need to return any goods, we must be notified in writing within 5 days of item’s arrival at your address. The unboxing filming from opening the box is deemed as a proof for returning goods.

e)    Return postage will be paid by buyers under all circumstances.

f)      Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with its original invoice. Brand new Products must be returned to us unopened and with intact factory seal.

g)    We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during postage as all products posted are based on the initial acceptance of the postage method at the time of purchase and therefore it is not covered by our warranty.

h)    For any issues with the product, refund will be given only when there is no replacement or alternatives available.

i)      Replacement of the product or payment will be refunded when item has been received by Tradelectronics.

 

Warranty policy

a)    Some goods purchased at auctions may not be covered under seller?s warranty, please refer to related item?s description.

b)    Items with 30 days seller?s warranty would be covered for any hardware faults that may develop from normal wear and tear within the first 30 days from when original invoice issued.

c)     The Manufacturer warranty, if any, is specified in the description.

d)    Second-hand items may have marks, dents or hard. Please note that Tradelectronics? limited warranty does not apply to existing cosmetical issues, or any damage, expenses, injuries that occur from improper use, mishandling, faulty transportation, or incorrect installation.

e)    Item you purchased from Tradelectronics will be protected through warranty sticker and removing the sticker will void any type of warranty claim.

f)      Any software (if applicable) delivered with the second-hand product is provided as-is and won?t be guaranteed as uninterrupted or error-free operation. If an operating system is installed we do not provide any form of technical support. If you have any software related technical problems when using your second-hand product, we suggest you check the product manufacturers? support website to carry out preliminary trouble shooting. Software related issues are not covered by our 30-day warranty.

g)    All batteries are tested and described. The maximum capacity of any battery decreases with use and over time. Loss of battery capacity varies depending on the configuration and usage of the notebook computer. Model and features, types of applications running, and power management settings will affect battery life. Please note that the warranty does not cover the natural deterioration of battery capacity.
