Diagnostically, we found screen has some tiny dents and faint scratches, and 1 dead pixel in the middle area (not affecting daily use); Battery is with 316 cycle count and 89% health level (tested via a third-party software, for reference only); Right speaker has mild static noise; Keyboard is QWER layout with Thai script; We’ve fully wiped the previous user’s data and re-installed macOS Catalina 10.15.7 system. |
