Diagnostically, we found screen has 2 small dents, which look like dead pixels(not affecting daily use) and a few faint scratches. Battery is in excellent condition with 189 cycle count and 97% health level; We’ve fully wiped the previous user’s data and re-installed macOS Big Sur 11.6.1 system.
