Diagnostically, we found screen has one dead pixel around the top edge screen (not affecting daily use), but has no scratches or scuffs.

Other functions are fully working.

We’ve fully wiped the previous user’s data and re-installed Mac OS 11.6.1, Big Sur system

With minor signs of wear and tear on the keyboard, mouse and power cord; also few dents on keyboard edge, as shown in images.
