Do you buy every Android model?
No. We buy selected working models depending on their specifications, condition and demand. Send the exact model on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether it qualifies.
Can I sell a folding phone?
Send the exact model and clear photos of both displays and the hinge. Folding phones must be working and undamaged; eligibility is confirmed before an in-store inspection.
What should I do with my Google account?
Back up your data and be ready to remove your Google and manufacturer accounts and any device locks before completing the sale. Never share passwords or passcodes.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
