What photos should I send for a Galaxy Z?
Show both displays with the phone on, the back and the hinge. Include the exact model and any visible wear. Do not send personal information or passwords.
Should I remove my Samsung and Google accounts?
Back up your files and be ready to remove linked accounts and device locks before completing the sale. You remain in control of your passwords and passcodes.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
