Should I unpair my Apple Watch?
Back up anything you need and be ready to unpair it from your iPhone and remove Activation Lock before completing the sale. Never share your account password.
Does battery health affect the estimate?
Yes. The series, case, screen, battery health, functions and accessories are considered. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
