    Be ready to sign out and remove Find My or Activation Lock. Never send us passwords.

Do you buy older Intel MacBooks?

Selected working Intel models may qualify, depending on the year, specifications and demand. Send the details on WhatsApp before visiting so we can check.

How much is my MacBook worth?

The model, chip, memory, storage, battery, condition and included accessories affect the offer. Request an initial estimate on WhatsApp. The final amount is confirmed after inspection.

Should I erase my MacBook before selling?

Back up your data first and follow Apple's preparation steps for your model. Make sure you can sign out and remove account locks before completing the sale. Never share your Apple Account password or device passcode with us. Apple's preparation guide

Can I post my MacBook to you?

No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.

Is this cash buyback or Apple store credit?

You are selling to Tradelectronics, not exchanging your device for Apple store credit. After inspection and your acceptance, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
