We assess selected working laptops from brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer and Microsoft. Model, specifications, condition and demand determine eligibility.
Does the graphics card affect the offer?
Yes. For gaming and creative-work laptops, the graphics card is one of the specifications we assess alongside the processor, memory, storage and condition.
What if I do not know the specifications?
Send the model name or a clear photo of the model label, with serial numbers and personal details covered. We can tell you what other information would help.
Is the WhatsApp estimate the final price?
The initial estimate is a guide based on the information you share. We inspect the device at our Ashfield store before confirming the final offer. You decide whether to accept it.
