Which drones do you buy?
Selected working consumer camera drones may qualify, depending on the model, condition and demand. Send the drone and controller model names before visiting.
Do you buy crashed or damaged drones?
No. We do not buy damaged, broken or faulty devices, including drones with crash damage. The drone, gimbal, controller and included batteries must be suitable for assessment.
Should I remove account bindings?
Be ready to remove account bindings and personal media before completing the sale. Ask us about your model first, and never send account passwords.
Can I post my device or arrange pickup?
No. Buyback is in-store only at our Ashfield store. We do not offer postage, courier or pickup buyback.
When do I get paid?
After we inspect your item and you accept the final offer, payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
