This item has been fully tested. Diagnostically, we found battery is at 82% health level. Screen flickers for a short duration when wake from sleep, also shows grey stripes for a short duration when set to sleep. Mild keyboard marks and few scratches, however does not affect daily use, no dead pixels. We’ve fully wiped the previous user’s data and re-installed Windows 10 Home. |

We found top cover is cracked/chipped on the front right corner, small dent on the same spot. Multiple scratches on the left edge, faint scratches other edges and top cover.
