Return &
Refund 

a. Goods purchased at
auctions may not be returned. No allowances, refunds or warranties are offered
with any lot whatsoever whether express or implied. 

b. Sorry but no refunds
for change of mind. If however, we have, by our description or representation
of a lot, misled you and a physical inspection of the goods was not permitted
or would not have revealed true nature of the goods, they may be
returned. 

c. If the merchandise
turns out to be D.O.A. (Dead or Defective On
Arrival), they may be returned. 

d. If you need to
return any goods, we must be notified in writing within 5 days of item’s
arrival. The unboxing filming from opening the box is deemed as a proof for
returning goods.

e. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with its original invoice. New Products must be returned to us unopened and with intact factory seal.

f. We do not take
responsibility for lost or damaged items during postage as all products posted
are based on the initial acceptance of the postage method at the time of
purchase and therefore it is not covered by our warranty.

g. For any issues with
the product, refund will be given only when there is no replacement or
alternatives available.

h. A full refund
including the shipping charges will be given if a replacement is not available.
Replacement of the product or payment will be refunded when item has been
received by Tradelectronics.

 

Warranty policy

a. All of our auction items are guaranteed
not D.O.A. (Dead or Defective On Arrival).

b. Except goods purchased at auctions, each
item is covered for any faults that may develop within the first 30 days from when
original invoice issued.

c. The Factory warranty,
if any, is specified in the description.

d. Second-hand items may have
marks, dents or scratches. Please note that the warranty does not cover
cosmetical issues.

e. Item you purchased
from Tradelectronics will be protected through warranty sticker and removing
the sticker will void any type of warranty claim.

f. Any software (if
applicable) delivered with the second-hand product is provided as-is and won?t
be guaranteed as uninterrupted or error-free operation. If an operating system
is installed we do not provide any form of technical support. If you have any
software related technical problems when using your second-hand product, we
suggest you check the product manufacturers support website to carry out
preliminary trouble shooting. Software related issues are not covered by our
30-day warranty.

g. All batteries are
tested to ensure they are in working condition. The
maximum capacity of any battery decreases with use and over time. Loss of
battery capacity varies depending on the configuration and usage of the
notebook computer. Model and features, types of applications running, and power
management settings all effect battery life. Please note that the warranty does
not cover the natural deterioration of battery capacity.
